DAILY DISPATCH
We pride ourselves on a same day dispatch policy on all orders placed before 3pm each day Mon-Fri. This schedule may vary slightly during extremely busy times such as public holidays. In most cases your products will be shipped immediately during business hours.

STANDARD SHIPPING
All New Zealand orders are shipped / tracked through NZ Post, and can be expected between 1 and 3 working days.
All orders are sent with 18+ stickers meaning ID must be sighted on delivery; this means orders cannot be left by the courier unattended.
Please ensure you use the address that you will be at during working hours.
Vape Crew will not take responsibility for any lost or stolen packages for any non-signature orders.
